The funding allows commercial contractors, subcontractors, and manufacturers to cover costs for materials, labor, and other early-project expenses before they start billing on the job. Essential working capital is needed to start the job, manage cash flow, and support surety bond underwriting.

- Gross annual revenue of $1M or more
- 3 or more active projects
- INITIAL PAPERWORK REQUIREMENTS
- 4 most recent business bank statements
- Year-end income statement & balance sheet for the prior 2 years
- YTD income statement & balance sheet
- Tax returns for the prior 2 years
- Copy of contract or PO
- AR and AP Aging
This funding option is an affiliate product that advances 10% to 20% of the project contract, it is designed to help contractors get their construction projects off the ground.
